There are three kinds of customers:
- The investor - this is the customer that we market the least to. They are very price sensitive, and always never emotionally attached to the property they buy. To them its only an investment, and they approach the purchase and sale of a property very rationally.
- The price savey consumer. These are people who again are price sensitive, the like the house but the purchasing decision is based on price.
- The customer that gets emotionally attached to the property. They love it no matter what. This is when their emotions take over, and the decision making process has less to do with price. Marketing is a numbers game. The more people come through your house, the more likely we will attract customer #3, and thats exactly what we aim for
When you think about it, its easy to find customer #2 for your house. You know the saying everything sells for the right price? You have a $300,000 house, that you price at $250,000 and you'll get 20 #2 customers knocking at your door. But its a lot harder pricing a property at its top end of the price value, and attracting customer #3 - but thats exactly what we specialize in.
