It follows Glen Ashton east to Grand Blvd when the boundary turns south to Upper Middle Road, then east to 9th Line, and back north to Dundas Street. It is one of the newer areas of Oakville with large luxurious homes and townhomes, combined with gorgeous natural walking trails and green belts. The residents association for this area is the North East Oakville Residents Association.
